Before you book.

01 How do I book a stay?

Enquire directly through the property you like the look of, or send us a message and we'll match you with the right home for your dates. A real person confirms availability and takes it from there - no automated booking engine to wrestle with.

02 What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 10am. If your travel plans need something either side of that, ask when you enquire - we'll accommodate where the calendar allows.

03 Is WiFi and parking included?

Yes - every home comes with free WiFi, and parking is either private or on-street depending on the property. Details are confirmed before you arrive, so there's nothing to work out on the day.

04 Can I bring a pet?

Some of our homes are pet-friendly, others aren't - it depends on the property. Let us know when you enquire and we'll point you to the right one.

05 Can I change or cancel my booking?

Life changes plans - talk to us directly and we'll do what we reasonably can. Terms are confirmed at the time of booking so you know exactly where you stand before you commit.

06 Is a security deposit required?

Most stays require a refundable damage deposit, taken and released automatically if nothing needs flagging. You'll always know the amount before you book.
